Important Information about this experience
The purchaser is responsible for communicating booking terms to all players in the group.
Please do not play if:
• You have travelled overseas or interstate in the past 14 days;
• You have had close contact with someone at risk or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days; or
• Are feeling unwell and have flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath.
Temperature checks may be completed on arrival at the venue. If a customer arrives at the venue displaying symptoms of COVID-19, our staff have the right to deny entry to the venue. Please contact us to reschedule your booking if a player is feeling unwell.
Players must be 13 years and over to play. Players under 18 years will need a guardian to co-sign the liability waiver. Players under 16 years must be supervised while at the venue.
Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to play.
Some glasses cannot be worn with our headsets so for optimal fit we recommend wearing contact lenses.
Our experiences are not recommended for anyone with a heart condition, epilepsy or similar seizure disorders, or are heavily pregnant. Players must also have full mobility to be able to participate
