Ticket price: $66 per person for a 45 minute experience (approx. 30 minutes of in-game time).

Our first title “First Contact” – only available in Perth, Australia is now available for bookings – please click into our calendar above the video for session availability. Places are strictly limited. If you’d like to hold a private session for parties, special occasions etc. please contact us and we will gladly be able to arrange.

LOCATION

We currently have a few different locations depending on the day.

• Cockburn Youth Centre, Cockburn (25 Wentworth Parade, Success WA 6164)
• Arena 2, HBF Stadium, Mt Claremont (100 Stephenson Ave, Mount Claremont WA 6010)

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY AT ONCE?

Between 2-6 players can play at once.

Bigger groups are more fun so feel free to join other groups to get your numbers up.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

This is an active experience so we recommend wearing flat shoes, and comfortable clothing. Dresses and skirts are not suitable as they can interfere with the leg tracking equipment.

CAN I WEAR GLASSES?

You may be able to wear your glasses if they are relatively small.

We will need to assess your glasses when you arrive so please bring contact lenses just in case.

CONDITIONS OF PLAY

Due to safety reasons, players with the following conditions will not be allowed to play:

• Under the age of 13
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You will not receive a refund or credit.
• Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders
• Heart conditions
• Deaf

Our experiences are not recommended for anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions:

• Heavily pregnant
• Hearing impaired
• Broken arms, legs or wheelchair users

WILL I WALK INTO A WALL?

No. We have in-game safety mechanisms to stop that happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow instructions at all times to remain safe.

HOW BIG IS THE PLAY AREA?

Our arena is 100 square meters but the virtual space is much larger.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

All of our locations offer plenty of parking at the front of the building.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not issue refunds for a change of mind or gift vouchers. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

You have up to two weeks before a booking date to cancel or re-schedule your booking. We do not accept last-minute cancellations.

Bookings can only be cancelled at the discretion of Ready Team One. Cancelled tickets will be credited as a gift card for personal use only.
